STEP 4
Laying the Left Side Panel (4) down with the Cam Lock
Screws and Dowels facing up, insert the Back Panel
(3) so that the Cam Locks engage with the Cam Lock
Screws. Using a Phillips Screw Driver rotate the 2 Cam
Locks 1/2 turn clockwise until snug. (DO NOT OVER
TIGHTEN)
Next, attach the Front Panel (2) onto the Wood Dowel
(C) as shown. While unit is still lying on the Left Side
Panel, attach the Right Side Panel (5) in same like
positions as done with the Left Side Panel. Using a
Phillips Screw Driver rotate the 2 Cam Locks 1/2 turn
clockwise until snug.
STEP 5
Lay Top Panel (1) with Large Cam Screws and Wood
Dowels facing up. Place the unit from Step 4 on Top
Panel so that Large Cam Locks (A) engage with Large
Cam Screws. Using a Phillips Screw Driver rotate the 4
Cam Locks 1/2 turn clockwise until snug.
Next, insert casters sockets into Left and Right Side End
Panels (4 & 5). Insert the 2 Locking Casters (I) into the
front positions of the unit. Insert the 2 Casters (H) into
the rear positions of the unit.
