Breakdowns and solutions
If you start the device but it does not work,
please check the following points.
Issues Possible Reasons
The built-in lithium battery is not charged
The light does
not work
The control panel is locked. The buttons
all seem to be unresponsive.
There is not enough water in the tank (2)
There is too much water in the tank (2)

not work
Is the cover (1) properly closed?

Solutions
Recharge the battery with the USB-C
cable. Use a USB adapter with a current
of at least 2.0A. If the current is lower, the
product will charge more slowly.
Press the light button (4) for 5 seconds
to unlock the control panel.
Fill the water tank (2) up to the
maximum level (12)
If there is more than 120 ml of water in the
tank (if the water exceeds the maximum
level) (12), drain the overflow of water.
Close the cover properly (1).
Clean the tank (2)
Press the light button (4) for 5 seconds
to unlock the control panel.
If the cover (1) is not properly closed, drops of
condensation may flow out of the diffuser.
