d) Starting up the device
1 - Press the power button on the back of the device
2 - The red indicator turns on to indicate it is powered on
e) Registering the device

A - Follow the instructions on the screen
- Exit the application, go to settings, WiFi and select the DOG-ML-XXXXXX network (password: 1111 1111)
- Return to the "EXTEL LINK" application
