Troubleshooting
Fault
The display does not turn on.
No image on the screen
OSD Contrast, brightness, color,
tint, and sharpness settings are
greyed out.
The displayed image appears
blurry.
The image is not properly
centered or sized.
Picture bounces, flickers or wave
pattern appears in the picture
Touchscreen is not recognized
Neither the OSD nor power

1. Ensure the power adapter is securely connected.
