MOUNTING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
a.
The Welding Station Modular comes complete with pre-drilled holes and
hardware for mounting to most major manufacturers welding racks. Please see
diagram for hole location. If your rack does not match up with the Welding
station, then additional holes can be added through the Stations' frame
b.
Using the 2 provided eye-bolts on top of the modular's frame, lift the frame
using a gantry or lift . The module weighs approximately 300 pounds

CAUTION – DO NOT LIFT WITHOUT MECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
ii. CAUTION – DO NOT USE MODULAR EYE BOLTS FOR LIFTING
ANYTHING BUT MODULAR FRAME
iii. CAUTION – ONLY ATTACH TO POPULATED RACK

Review the brackets on the rear of the frame and adjust to align with
the rails of the welding rack. (Figure 1) Secure the brackets once adjusted

Allow the modular to rest onto the welding rack frame.

Align the mounting holes of the modular to the moles of your welding
rack or pack. If the pre-drilled holes do not align with your model,
additional holes can be added in the center of the modular's frame
(Figure 2).
f.
Using the supplied hardware, tighten all 4 mounting positions. Best
practice is to hand tight all 4 bolts, then tighten to 65 in-lbs, before
removing the mechanical lifting assistance
g.
Disconnect the mechanical lifting assistance.
