to ship the equipment if repairs are needed.

To ensure safe operation, read the following statements and understand
their meaning. This manual contains safety precautions which are

WARNING
Warning is used to indicate the presence of a hazard that will or can

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver
• Drill
• ¹⁄₈" Drill Bit (For #29 Pilot Hole)
• Sabre Saw or Hand Router
• 3 #8 x 1.00" Pan Head Phillips Screws (included)
CHOOSE THE CORRECT SPRING
The dispenser includes two springs for different applications. See the
chart below. The lighter weight dispenser is factory installed. See
"Change Default Spring (Optional)" on page 3.

INSTALLATION
Mount the Dispenser
1. Cut the appropriate diameter opening in the mounting surface.
2. Lift the bezel to remove it from the tube to revel the mounting holes
and the components that can be adjusted to accommodate different
cup diameters.

- Page 2 3. Insert a short stack of cups into the dispenser. 5. Remove the dispenser from the mounting hole. 6. Pre-drill pilot the pilot holes. Vollrath suggests a ¹⁄₈" (0.125) diameter pilot hole diameter of ¹⁄₈" (0.125). 4. Rotate the adjusting ring until the cups are held in place.

Pull off the retaining ring from the bottom the dispenser. Remove the end cap. Adjusting NOTICE: Notice the cap is under pressure from the spring.
