3. Insert back panel (D) into seat (C).
4. Assemble back panel (D) to left arm (B)
and right arm (A) with long bolts (CC) and
washers (DD).
Check alignment of all hardware and make
any necessary corrections. Then, securely
tighten all bolts with hex wrench (HH). Cover
all bolts with bolt covers (EE).

5. Assemble stem braket (E) to seat (C) with
short bolts (AA) and nuts (FF).
Check alignment of all hardware and make
any necessary corrections. Then, securely
tighten all bolts with open wrench (II). Cover
all bolts with bolt caps (GG).
