USING CIRCLE CUTTER (FIGURE K)
1. Attach circle cutter as described in "Attaching
Circle Cutter".
2. Adjust depth of cut if necessary.
3. Layout circle to be cut and find center point.
4. Move pivot point knob to desired diameter
dimension and tighten knob.
5. Start saw and cut a pilot hole in the center of the
intended circle.
6. Insert pivot knob into pilot hole.
7. Hold saw and circle cutter firmly as shown in
figure K.
8. Begin cut working in a clockwise direction,
applying moderate steady pressure.
VAC ADAPTER (FIGURE L)
Attach the vacuum adapter as shown in figure L.
Insert vac hose (not supplied) into adapter.
MAINTENANCE
With the motor running, blow dirt and dust out of all
air vents with dry air. Wear safety glasses when
performing this procedure. Exterior plastic parts may
be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Although these parts are highly solvent resistant,
NEVER use solvents.
Use only mild soap and damp cloth to clean the tool.
Never let any liquid get inside the tool; never
immerse any part of the tool into a liquid.
Problem
• Unit will not start.
• Battery pack will not charge. • Battery pack not inserted into charger. • Insert battery pack into

TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
• Battery pack not installed properly.
• Battery pack not charged.
• Charger not plugged in.
• Surrounding air temperature
too hot or too cold.
• Battery pack has reached its
maximum thermal limit.
• Out of charge. ( To
maximize the life of the
battery pack it is designed
to shutoff abruptly when
the charge is depleted.)

Possible Solution
