When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. The use of any other part may create a
hazard or cause product damage.

Do not abuse power tools. Abusive practices can damage the tool and the work piece.
LUBRICATION
All of the bearings in this tool are lubricated with a sufficient amount of high-grade lubricant for the life
of the unit under normal conditions. No further lubrication is required.
REPLACING CARBON BRUSHES
When the carbon brushes require replacing, please bring the tool to an authorized service centre
for replacement.
STORAGE
When not in use for an extended period, store the tool in a cool dry place, out of the reach of children.
DISPOSING OF THE TOOL
If your tool has become damaged beyond repair, do not throw it out. Bring it to the appropriate
recycling facility.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem(s)
Saw will not start.
The saw cuts
unsatisfactorily.
The saw makes
unusual sounds.
Heavy sparking inside the
motor housing.

Possible Cause(s)
No supply of power
The trigger switch is faulty.
Motor components are worn
or short-circuited.
Dull, damaged or incorrect
blade type.
The motor is overloaded.
Mechanical obstruction.
The brushes are not
moving freely.
Suggested Solution(s)
Check that the power cable is properly
connected and that there is power at
the outlet.
Replace the trigger switch.
Replace defective components.
Sharpen or replace the blade.
Reduce the amount of pushing
pressure exerted on the saw.
Clean the interior of the saw and
replace any defective components.
Inspect the carbon brushes. Clean or
replace worn out brushes.
