Attaching the cover to roller axle
c) Slide the bungee straps along the axle roller so that they line up with the eyelets evenly spaced across
the width of the cover. Push the bungee strap cleats through the eyelets and open them out so that they
can't come out. When the bungee straps are attached to the cover, the end of the cover should not be lifted
up. If it is, move the roller closer to the pool.

Attach the handgrip (13) to the flywheel using a screw
(17) and two nuts (18). The nut located between the
flywheel and the handgrip should be tightened onto
the flywheel and not the handgrip so that the handgrip
may rotate freely.
a- Wheeled stand
Push the axle shaft through the hole in the black flange, then, using
mount a locking ring (5) on the end of the shaft using a screw (4) and
a nut (6), the screw (4) should pass through the ring and the shaft.
b - Flywheel stand (see above)
Position the locking brake (21) in the groove located above the hole
in the black flange
Push the axle shaft through the hole in the black flange, next push the
flywheel onto the end of the shaft until the flywheel fastening holes
are aligned with those in the shaft. Hold the flywheel on the shaft by
inserting a crew (19) through the fastening holes and tightening it
using the nut (20).
If a step piece has been added to one width of the cover, then
attach the cover to the roller at the opposite end.
If a step piece has been added along one length of the cover,
orient the cover so that the end furthest from the step piece is
connected to the roller.
a) Deploy the cover over the pool.
b) Centre the roller about 30 cm back from the edge of the pool
across the width at the end at which the roller will be attached (lift
the roller by the top of the black flange on the flywheel side, not
by the hand grip or the flywheel itself).
