The Oméga roller is packed in two boxes:
The axle pack holds the three sections of the telescopic axle. There are 4 axle models available
corresponding to the four following pool width intervals:
•
from 2.5 m to 4.0 m,
•
from 4.0 m to 5.0 m,
•
from 5.0 m to 6.0 m,
•
from 6.0 m to 7.5 m.
•

IMPORTANT: SAFETY
•
To avoid injury by falling, do not climb onto or sit on the roller axle;
•
Do not leave the cover rolled out over the pool, even partially, while there are bathers in the pool.
Make sure that your children are aware of these two rules as soon as the roller is installed.
3.
ASSEMBLY
Although the roller can be assembled by one person, it is easier for two people to assemble the axle and
connect it to the stands.
To prevent scratching of the anti-corrosion coating on the tubes constituting the stands and the axle, spread
a tarp out where the roller will be unpacked and assembled if the decking is made of mineral paving.
Tools required:

Cross head screw drivers
•
Wrenches
Time for assembly : less than 1 hour

Assembly of the axle
The axle is comprised of:
•
A central element
•
Two lateral elements that slide into the central element
For each lateral element, locate the end with a hole in it and then:

a) Engage the locking gib (10) in the lower groove and
insert a gib locking screw (11) but do not tighten.
