4. Stand unit upright. Gently tap shelf down to secure it. Attach retaining ring
to the top of each aluminum shelf support in the provided groove.
(See Figure 4)
5. Repeat steps 1 through 3 to attach the remaining shelf in the same
manner.

NOTE: Retaining rings fit tightly over aluminum shelf supports. You
may need to gently tap the rings with a rubber mallet to secure over
the supports.
ATTACHING ESD GROUNDING KIT
Attach the grounding chain to any part of the bottom
shelf using the large washers, hex head bolt, nut and
lock washer. (See Figure 5)
NOTE: Grounding chain must be touching

the ground in order to prevent static shock of
electronic parts on the wire cart.
1. Ensure post is positioned as shown. (See Figure 6)
2. Engage the wheel brakes to keep casters from spinning during
installation. Use a rubber mallet to tap caster stem into posts.
