1. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
1.1 Basic safety precautions
- The machine shall be operated only by trained persons who have good knowledge of the
safety norms and rules presented in this manual.
- If personnel changes, the new personnel shall immediately receive proper training and famil-
iarize themselves with this manual.
- Even if the machine is equipped with protective and/or safety devices, do not place your hands
near moving parts and do not touch the machine with wet hands.
- Before beginning any maintenance or cleaning work, unplug the machine electric cable from
the electrical power outlet.
- If the machine is to be opened for maintenance or cleaning (which requires removing protec-
tive devices), carefully assess residual risks.
- While performing maintenance or cleaning, concentrate on the actions being carried out.
- Regularly check the condition of the electric cable (fully reel out the cable, removing any twists
while avoiding potential risks); a worn out or damaged cable may pose a serious risk of electric
shock. Do not place heavy objects on the cable, prevent cable contact with hot surfaces or sharp
edges. The cable should not be pulled when removing the plug from the electrical power outlet.
- If any signs of failure are detected or the machine is not working, do not use the machine and
do not try to repair it yourself; contact a skilled professional.
- The "OUT" button should be pressed only to unload the processed product.
- The machine should be only used to peel potatoes, mussels, and onions.
The manufacturer bears no responsibility in the following cases:
• if the machine is operated improperly or the protective and safety devices are installed by
non-authorized persons;
• if replacements have been made using non-original spare parts;
• if the instructions presented in this manual are not observed in whole or in part;
• if machine surfaces are treated with improper substances (flammable, aggressive corrosive,
or hazardous substances).
