Clamps not return to the
start position
Overloading
Overheating
Battery empty
Remedy
Change to correct
Replace nose piece
Loosen the mandrel,
clean the clamps
assembly and lubricate
them
Discharge the mandrel
collector and empty
Remove the mandrel and
check for ejection
Remedy
Release the trigger
Check the rivet as per
tool working capacity
Cool off the tool in the
air
Charge the battery, or
replace when needed
