Below is a list of common problems in all types of stove. All of these problems can be rectified
and sometimes only require slight adjustment for the stove to function normally again.
Remember that the weather affects the functioning of the stove.
If your stove has vapour leaks to the interior of the house, it is most likely that the following
has occurred:
- If the chimney is newly built:
a) The flue is insufficient.
b) The section or height is not correct.
c) There is some obstruction in the unit.
- If it is an existing chimney:
a) The chimney is partially obstructed with soot.
b) An internal or external breakage has occurred producing an air intake.
c) There is a lower section or height than is required by the new appliance.

the information referring to Chimneys.

ATTENTION! Your device should not be used as an incinerator and no other types of
fuel should be used (plastic, coal...). Use recommended materials only.
Do not wood washed ashore from the sea as fuel. The salt contained in it will react in the
combustion process and release acid that will damage the iron and steel.
