Troubleshooting
1. The corkscrew stops during the corking process or the cork is stuck inside the
corkscrew body: the battery level may be low. Charge the device.
2. The corkscrew is jammed while opening the bottle and the rotating shaft cannot
penetrate the cork: most likely the shaft tip is damaged or the shaft is pressed
against the bottle neck from the inside. Hold the UP button until the corkscrew is
completely removed from the bottle. Carefully inspect the shaft point; if it is bent,
broken or otherwise damaged, stop using the corkscrew and contact an authorised
service centre.
3. The cork is removed from the bottle, but it is stuck inside the corkscrew body
and pressing the UP button does not remove it: the rotating shaft is blocked. Press
the DOWN button to unlock the shaft. If afterwards, the shaft has started to rotate,
try again to remove the plug by pressing and holding the UP button until the plug
is completely removed from the unit body. If all the above operations have been
carried out correctly and the corkscrew still does not work properly, contact an
Authorised Service Centre.
