FAULT
Mobile air
conditioner does
not start.
The mobile air
conditioner is not
operating with
the expected
effectiveness.
Insufficient
cooling.
Air is not blown
out.
Operating noises. The mobile air conditioner is
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Mains plug is not plugged into
the plug socket.
The "W.F" display lights up
(water tank full).
The room temperature is
lower than the set
temperature.
Doors and/or windows are not
properly closed.
There are additional heat
sources in the room.
The temperature is set too
high.
Air inlet or outlet is blocked.
Air filter or air outlet is
blocked.
not standing on a level and
stable surface.
Air filter or air outlet blocked.
Appliance makes "flowing"
noises.
Improper cleaning can result in damage
to the mobile air conditioner.
Do not use:
→ Aggressive cleaning agents
→ Brushes with metal or nylon
bristles, or
→ Sharp, metallic cleaning aids
such as knives, hard spatulas,
etc.
These can damage the surfaces.
MEASURES
Check whether the mains plug has
been plugged in correctly.
Empty the water tank.
Lower the set temperature.
Close all doors and windows, etc.
through which warm air may enter.
Remove the heat sources, if
possible.
Lower the set temperature.
Remove objects blocking the
inlet/outlet. Clean air filter and air
outlet.
Observe the minimum clearances.

Ensure that the mobile air
conditioner is standing on a level
and stable surface.

Flowing noise of the refrigerant. No
