VIII. WARRANTY
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original
purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of
Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
Steel Frame
NOTE: Pride reserves the right to replace only the part of the steel lift mechanism that may be defective.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Fabric
Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs, negligence, accident(s), alteration, or mod-
ification of the product.
Damage caused by common carrier abuse or mishandling.
Any special, indirect, incidental, and/or consequential damages.
After the warranty period, Pride shall have no obligations under any warranties, expressed or implied (includ-
ing implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
In the event that concealed damage is discovered after the freight is accepted, the consignee/individual who
signed for the merchandise must call the carrier within 48 hours and request an inspection. The consignee/
individual must retain the shipping carton. Please leave the merchandise in question in the area where it was
first received. All claims are negotiated between the consumer and freight company.
