1. Connect to the HDMI
Connect a HDMI cable (not included) to the HDMI jack on this product and to the HDMI input jack
on the TV.
Change the resolution to 1080P for the best image quality, if supported by the TV.
Change the resolution back to 720P for the best image quality on the built‐in screen after
disconnecting the HDMI cable.
Tip
To play video from a Blu‐ray disc or DVD, the display device must support HDCP. This is a

copyright protection system. (high‐bandwidth digital content protection system.)
2. Connect Network
Connect this product to the network to receive software updates and use BD‐Live bonus content.
Connect a network cable (not supplied) to the LAN jack on the right side of this product and
connect this network cable to the LAN jack on your broadband modem or router.
