How to clean up the thermal head and the rubber roller.
1) Push the paper cover lever to open the paper cover.
2) Wipe off any dust/dirt using the cotton swab with a small amount of alcohol (ethanol).
(Do not use thinner, benzene series or kerosene series.)
3) Close the cover after alcohol volatilizes.
