Please read this manual carefully and use the unit only
according to this manual.
Dispose of used packaging material carefully or store it out of
the reach of children. There is a danger of suffocation!
If the unit itself or the cables are damaged, do not use the unit
anymore but have it repaired by a qualified technician.
Charging lead-acid batteries will lead to the formation of
flammable and toxic gases. For this reason, charge lead-acid
batteries only in well-ventilated rooms. Do not expose them to
open flames and sparks.
Do not attempt to train other batteries than rechargeable lead-
acid batteries. The unit can only be used on maintenance-free
lead-acid batteries.
Always keep the ventilation slots free from obstructions.
Only use 230 Volt AC sockets as power source for the unit.
The unit is designed for operation in altitudes of up to 2000 m
above sea level.
Do not attempt to train old, damaged, deeply discharged or
unsuitable lead-acid batteries.
The battery trainer does not belong into the hands of children.
Do not wear conductive jewellery such as necklaces, bracelets
or rings when operating the battery trainer. There is a danger
of a short circuit.
Do not allow liquids of any kind or small objects to enter the
housing.
Watch out for the battery acid and avoid contact by all means.
Battery acid can cause severe burns! If you come in contact
with it, immediately wash it out with large amounts of water
and contact a physician if necessary.
Disconnect the unit from the power mains while cleaning or
when not using it.
Never connect the unit to a battery in a running vehicle and do
