REPLACING THE IMPELLER
1. Remove the screws and
side wear pad that secure
the right side cover to the
frame of the snowthrower.
4. Remove the belt.
7. Remove the axle sleeve.
10. Reinstall the axle sleeve, left side plate, large pulley, belt and left side cover.

2. Remove the nut, plate,
bearing and axle sleeve.
5. Using a socket wrench,
remove the the large pulley.
8. Pull the axle. Remove
and then replace the
impeller.
3. Remove the screws and
side wear pad that secure
the left side plate to the
frame of the snowthrower.
Remove the side cover.
6. Remove the screws that
secure the left side plate and
remove the left side plate.
9. Reinstall the nut, plate,
bearing, axle sleeve and
right side cover.
