Grinding blade. Grinds, chops and powders raw and cooked
vegetables, fruit, berries, jelly, cooked meat and frozen fruit. Can
also be used to make fruit ice cream or sorbets.
Mixer blade. Blends and mixes milkshakes, drinks, ready-to-
eat soups and sauces, omelettes and pancake batter. For smooth
mayonnaise and cream soups.
The whipping blade. Ideal for whipping eggwhite, cream, pudding,
skimmed milk, mousse and biscuit dough. Handy for pureeing soup
and sauces.
Chopping blade. Chops and reduces meat and hard vegetables.
You swap the blades over using the tool provided. Insert the tool
through one of the openings at the side, until it slides under the
blade. Then lift the blade up carefully.
Now attach another blade (be careful, the blades
are sharp!) by pushing the opening on the blade
over the toothed spindle.
Your handheld blender is perfect for making sauces, dips, soups, mayonnaise,
milkshakes and baby food.
