Danger of electric shock

Danger from electric current!
Contact with live wires or components could lead to
serious injury or even death!
Observe the following safety precautions to avoid any danger
from electric current:
Do not use the appliance if the mains cable or mains plug is

Do not open the housing of the appliance. Danger from

electric current if live connections are touched and/or the
electrical and mechanical configuration is changed.
Never immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or

other liquids.
Do not reach into toasting slot.

Do not try to remove toasted food stuck in the toasting slot

using a knife or other tools. Remove the plug and let the
appliance cool down before rectifying faults.
