5. Technical charactéristics
ENGLISH
Using the ExAO system
•
Connect the 3 analog outputs to the 3 direct inputs of the ExAO system
•
Calibrate the device (refer to the instructions of the Généris 5 software). It is
recommended that the 0 and 500 mm positions of the microphone be calibrated
•
Start the acquisition using the software
•
Move the microphone over the entire length of the tube using the rotary selector to
carry out a complete acquisition.
Using an oscilloscope
•
Connect the 2 "raw signal" and "envelop" outputs to the 2 inputs of the oscilloscope
•
Adjust the display parameters of the 2 curves
•
Move the microphone over the entire length of the tube using the rotary selector
•
Take manual readings of the maximum voltage (envelop) according to the 0 to 500
mm position of the microphone to perform a complete acquisition.
