Where necessary, anchor the workbench to the floor.

Individual locking
Mobile workbenches / roller cabinets which are not fitted with an
undercarriage, which can be lowered, are fitted with parking brakes on the
castors, which secure them against accidentally rolling away.
Mobile workbenches / roller cabinets must be secured before starting work.
When using mobile workbenches / roller cabinets, note the following
points:
Before moving it
Close all drawers, and ensure that the individual drawer catches have

Close the central locking.

Remove all moveable and unsecured objects from the workbench/roller

cabinet.
Release the castor parking brakes, or raise the workbench using the

lifting mechanism.
Apply only your own body weight to move the workbench/roller

cabinet; push it only with walking speed.
If transporting on vehicles or in lifts
Secure the workbench/roller cabinet.

Comply with the safety instructions issued by the vehicle or lift
