9 - The small fan can be inspected or replaced by
loosening the 4 screws from the AC drives cover, and
removing the cover
10 - The fan can now be cleaned with pressurized air
11 - If needed, the fan can be replaced by releasing the
clips and pulling out the wire connection

Assembly is done in opposite sequence. Remember to
clean the filter at the bottom of the blower. Ensure that
all seals are intact.
The Multiair blower should be stored in dry, non-corro-
sive atmosphere, at temperature between -20 and +55 °C.
Important: Multiair blowers designed to be used within
575 - 690 V area, may not be left without power for
more than 12 months. Kongskilde must be contacted
before the blowers power supply is reconnected, if the
12 months' limit is exceeded. If not, the AC drive can be
destroyed.
Service menu:
The service menu is accessible when the blower is in
operation or when stopped.
Press "Reset" for 4 sec., where after the display will
enter the service menu. All buttons become active,
whatever the DIP switch settings may be.
Scrolling up and down in the menu are done by press-
ing "+" or "-".
A sub menu are selected by pressing "Start".
A sub menu are cancelled by pressing "Stop".
To escape the sub menu, press "Reset". In case "Re-
set" is not pressed, the operator´s panel will automati-
cally escape the service menu after approximately 6
min.
After cancelling the service menu, all buttons are again
controlled by the DIP switch settings.

Here is shown the accumulated number of hours, in
which the blower has been operating (where the AC
drive has been operating) - not the number of hours in
which the main switch has been on.
In the example below, the blowers has been operating
for 90.819 hours.
When "-H-"(Hours) has been selected, press "Start",
where after the number of hours above 1.000 will be
displayed. In this case "-90" without decimal separa-
tor. One press on "–" displays number of hours ranging
from 0-999, in this case "819" with decimal separator
above first digit (the ACT indicator).
