11. Side Shelves Assembly
a). Loosen the two screws which pre-assembled
onto firebox right side panel (H) but do not
remove Completely Align the bottom key holes remove Completely. Align the bottom key holes
on side shelf (C) with the two loosened screws as
show in Fig. 15, and then tighten. .
b). Use three ¼-in x15-mm truss head screws with
locking washer (AA) to keep the right side shelf
in place (Insert the three screws from inside of
the firebox through the side shelf. Tighten
screws from inside the firebox). As shown in
Fig. 15. Fi 15
Note: The top 3 screws of the firebox should be
screwed from the inside to outside for right side
burner shelf. But the bottom 2 screws should be
tightened from outside to inside.
c). Secure the right side shelf control panel and
main control panel by using two 5/32-in x 10-mm p y
truss head screws (BB) and two 5/32-in flat
washers (DD). As shown in Fig. 15.
d) Repeat step 11 to assemble left side shelf.
