STARTING DCF SIGNAL DETECTION MANUALLY
Use this function if, for instance, the automatic summer/winter time conver-
sion was not detected or the radio-controlled alarm clock has not received
the DCF signal for a while.
The previously received DCF data is not deleted and the time resets itself to
the time shown previously, if the signal detection fails.
To perform a manual search for the DCF signal, press the REC button for 3 seconds.
The hands run to the receiving position (12:00) and the radio-controlled alarm clock
tries to detect the DCF signal.
Wait for about 2-5 minutes, until the current time is indicated.
RESETTING THE CLOCK
Use this function, if the radio-controlled alarm clock no longer responds to
keystrokes or in the event of other malfunctions.
In this case, all of the previously received DCF data is deleted.
To reset the radio-controlled alarm clock, press the RESET button with a sharp ob-
ject (e.g. a pen).
The hands run to the receiving position (12:00) and the radio-controlled alarm clock
tries to detect the DCF signal.
