• Clean the Cheek Retractor Tube:
- Single-patient domestic use:
Before and after each use, clean with soap, such as
Sanex 0%, and cold water.
If necessary, gently brush the surface with a soft bris-
tle brush and make sure it is completely clean.
Rinse with cold water.
Let the Cheek Retractor Tube air dry.
Then store it in the provided mesh pouch, in a dry
and clean place, avoiding compression of the Cheek
Retractor Tube with other objects.
- Multi-patient professional use:
Apply your standard decontamination protocol for
an invasive and submersible medical device.
After then, apply a sterilization protocol following
these steps:

- Let the Cheek Retractor Tube air dry
- Wrap each Cheek Retractor Tube in a single steril-
ization pouch using your standard wrapping proce-
dure for autoclave sterilization.
- Do not compress the Cheek Retractor Tube pouch
with other instruments in the autoclave.
- Use your standard cycle of autoclave sterilization
for wrapped medical devices in class S or B auto-
claves.
- Recommended autoclave cycles:
- 132 °C (270F) during 4 min; or
- 134°C (273F) during 18 min.
- Store in a dry and clean place, avoiding compres-
sion of the Cheek Retractor Tube with other instru-
ments.
If you notice signs of overwear or damage such as
cracks, do not pursue use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STERILIZATION
Cheek Retractor tube must be sterilized when used
on multiple patients. Refer to multi-patient profes-
sional use cleaning procedure. Cheek Retractor Tube
can be sterilized once.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING
If the packaging is damaged or opened before use,
return the pack to your healthcare facility.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR VERIFICATION
The device must be properly assembled before use.
STORAGE
The ScanBox
pro
should be stored in the provided
mesh pouch, away from solar radiation, compression
and moisture. The Cheek Retractor tube can also be
stored in a sterilization pouch.
Keep away from any heat source.

DISPOSAL
Dispose of it in accordance with your local recycling
regulations.

TRAVEL
In the event of travel, the devices should be kept in
