1 | SACD player and one headphone
In this sample configuration the Linear is used as a headphone amp with an
SACD player.
After connecting the Linear to the mains grid connect the SACD player to the
line input located on the rear panel of the device by means of an RCA cable.
The headphone is then connected on the front panel of the device.
Finally set the gain on the bottom side of the device for the headphone you're
using (see p. 44/45).
2 | Media player, active loudspeakers
In this sample configuration the Linear is used as a preamp for active loudspeak-
ers in combination with a media player.
After connecting the Linear to the mains grid connect the media player to the
line input located on the rear panel of the device by means of an RCA cable.
Now connect the active speakers to the pre-out of the Linear by using an RCA
cable.
Finally set the gain on the bottom side of the device to +0 dB (see p. 44/45).
