allow you to get the most out of your product.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
In order to help you through our after-sales service, your distributor will need the serial number of the
HERCULES' ARM to identify your pig hearse and to know its components and model.
You can find the original serial number of your pig hearse in different places: inside the control box (A), behind
the telescopic arm (B) and inside the steel box housing the batteries (C).
For any questions concerning the after-sales service, do not hesitate to contact your authorized distributor in
first place. It is a given that the Ro-Main's after-sales service department will be pleased to answer you.
