5. Once HERCULES' ARM is in position near the carcass or the object to be pulled, unhook the cable and
pull it out to the desired length using the winch down button. Maintain a steady tension on the cable to
help it unwind.
• Wear appropriate clothing and be careful with long hair and jewelry.

• HERCULES'S ARM has been designed to transport pig carcasses and other heavy

objects. Prudence and good judgment are required when using the pig hearse.

We recommend the use of thick leather gloves, safety googles and safety helmet
NOTE
when handling the winch cable.
•
While unwinding or rewinding, keep your hands steady and wear thick leather
gloves to prevent knots from forming in the cable.
•
It is possible to unhook the winch to unwind the cable manually.
6. If desired, it is possible to unwind the cable manually by disengaging the winch using a lever or a clutch
dial according to the winch model.
