DESCRIPTION OF THE SCREENS
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
The screens produced are manufactured according to the following CEE directives: low tension directive 73-23 CEE, electromagnetic compatibility
89-336 CEE

Roller and case in aluminium Alloy EN AW 6060.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

UNPACKING THE SCREEN:
Please be certain that no part of the screen was damaged during the transportation. Check that all the accessories for the type of screen mentioned
below are included.

-N° 2 wall/ceiling mounting brackets
(N° 1 motor side n° 1 cover side)
-N° 1 screen motor support with pin
-N° 1 cover support including bolt and nut
-N° 4 bolts + nuts for mounting supports of the brackets
-N° 1 Instruction manual
-N° 1 mono-polar switch with cover
INSTALLATION
The installation of the screen must be carried out with appropriate screws and dowels for the type of wall or ceiling on which the brackets are mounted.
WARNING!!! AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE MOUNTING OF THE SCREEN BRACKETS ONE MUST CHECK THE LEVELLING IS PERFECT
BEFORE USE.
USE
The screens are for internal use at temperatures between (20 - 25 ° C) and normal humidity. Particular precautions should be taken for external use, in
particular to temperature conditions and dust of the same.
Exposure to temperatures above 50 ° C may cause permanent deformation to the surface of the projection fabric, or the detaching of the fabric from
the roller.
Do not leave the projection fabric exposed to sunlight for long periods of time to prevent the yellowing of the same (also check that, because of the
sunlight the screen does not reach the temperature mentioned above).
As the material of which the projection fabric is made of (PVC) it tends to electrostatic charge, an excessive amount of dust in the projection
environment may cause a degrading in the visual quality of the projection fabric because of electrostatic dust attraction (see also cleaning the
projection fabric).
Do not manually force the projection cloth out as this may cause damage to the motor or the detachment of the case from the mounting brackets.
Do not block, obstruct and force the movement of the screen, clinging, swinging or adding or attaching any object to the projection fabric. Do not
modify the structure of the screen; this may cause damages to the rolling system with consequential damages to things or injury to persons.
The manufacturing company is not responsible to injuries to persons or damages to things due to misuse or incorrect installation.
CLEANING
Case: dust by using a soft clean cloth and possibly mild detergents.
Projection fabric: use a damp soft clean cloth, possibly with neutral detergents. After cleaning the fabric might cause the electrostatic charge,
because of the friction with the cloth, one is advised to clean the fabric with a clean cloth and an anti-static liquid to avoid the dust being attracted
again by the same.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MODEL WITH CASE
WARNING THE MOUNTING MUST ABSOLUTELY BE CARRIED OUT WITH 3 BRACKETS FOR EACH SCREEN, USING THE APPROPRIATE
DOWELS AND SCREWS ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF WALL OR CEILING.
FOLLOWING THE MOUNTING, SECURE THE SCREEN WITH THE SAFETY CHAINS AS SHOWN IN FIG. 1.
-Mount the brackets to the ceiling or on the wall considering a maximum distance of 5cm from the end of the screen, as shown in figure 2. Be certain
that the centre bracket is aligned to the side brackets.
