Slide the end caps into the left and right ends of the metal rods.
Connect the two metal rods by pressing the button and sliding them into
each other.
The wall-mounted ballet bar allows users of all sizes to train at the height
that suits them. We recommend that the top bar be placed at a height of
approximately 81-106 cm above the floor.
First mark each hole with a pen.
