Storing the cutter
NOTICE !
Improper storage of the 2-in-1 trimmer can damage it.
− Do not store this 2 in 1 cutter near a heat source.
− Store the 2-in-1 cutter only once it is completely dry.
− Always store the cutter in a clean, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and
inaccessible to children.
1. To store the cutter, you can fold it up so that it takes up little space. To do this,
fold the assembled rotary cutter onto the lever cutter. Please note that the blade
head is in the starting position. You should feel the rotary cutter click into place in
the lever cutter blocking devices: you can then transport the machine in comple-
te safety. (see Fig. C, page 27).
2. Use the original packaging to store the device
Securing and transporting
1. To protect your trimmer from improper use, the lever trimmer is fitted with a
safety device.
2. To be protected, the lever cutter must be folded down.
3. Under the handle of the lever cutter, it is possible to slide the locking slide
to the handle until it engages below the handle .
4. The lever cutter is then protected for transport. The guide rail of the rotating
blade must always be snapped in after use and for transport.
