The following symbols and signal words are used in this manual.

General safety instructions
WARNING !
- The blade of the lever cutter is very sharp!
Never touch the blade on the cutting edge, but always grab it by the handle!
- The blade of the rotary cutter is very sharp! Be careful not to touch the blade.
- Be careful not to touch the blade when the safety lock is open, the guide rail in
the upper position!
- The 2 in 1 cutter is not a toy. If the device is used improperly, there is a risk of
serious bodily injury, in particular cuts.
- It is forbidden to remove any safety device.
- Please check that the cutting guard
- If the resistance of the lever guillotine should change so that the blade falls back
to its initial position by itself, retighten the screw located at the point of rotation
of the lever guillotine.
- Never cut out larger amounts of paper than indicated (for all other materials or
thicker paper and cardboard, cut out one piece at a time fi rst).
- Do not cut fabrics, foodstuff s or similar materials.
