Warranty Information:
Printers :
This warranty only applies to RibbOnDemand® XL200 printer and its accessories sold with this warranty statement by the resellers or
distributors approved by BUSITEL SAS.
The RibbOnDemand® XL200 printer is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of twety-four (24) months from
the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase may be required to qualify for warranty service.
This warranty will be void if the equipment has been (a) modified, disassembled, even partially; (b) improperly installed or used or not in
accordance with the instructions in this manual or improperly; (c) maintained improperly or inappropriately; (d) damaged by accident or
negligence or by exposure to moisture; (e) repaired by a person or entity not approved by BUSITEL or (f) if the serial number has been
deleted.
Thermal print head and press roller:
Wear of the thermal print head and the press roller is part of normal use. The print head and the original press roller are guaranteed for
a period of twelve (12) months or 25 kilometers of printing, whichever comes first. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
The warranty is void if the print head or press roller is damaged by accident or negligence, or if it is determined that a failure of the
preventive maintenance schedule listed in this operator's manual has caused a defect.
The use of consumables of a brand other than RibbOnDemand® does not void this warranty. However, if the failure or damage of the
printer, print head or press roller is due to the use of consumables other than RibbOnDemand®, BUSITEL SAS will charge labor and
material costs for remedy the failure or damage.
The warranties described above are the only ones applicable. No other guarantee can be evoked or assumed.
Note: For any return under warranty, returned products must be packaged in their original container and packaging or similar.
Otherwise, if shipping damage is proven, the equipment will not be accepted for warranty service. If BUSITEL determines that the
returned product for warranty service is not defective as stated in this document, the customer will pay all packing and shipping charges.

EMS and EMI compliance report for European users:
This equipment has been tested and certified in accordance with the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of EN 55022: 2010
Class A, EN 61000-3-2: 2006 / A2: 2009, EN 61000-3-3: 2008 and EN55024: 1998 / A1: 2001 / A2: 2003, IEC 61000-4-2: 2008 series. The
equipment has also been tested and certified according to the European standard EN55022 for emission limits by conduction and
radiation.
This equipment complies with the following standards:

Recycling printer components
Most printer components are recyclable. The motherboard of the printer contains a battery for which specific disposal instructions must
be followed.
Do not dispose of the printer or its components as unsorted municipal waste. Follow local regulations to dispose of the battery and
recycle other printer components in accordance with the regulations in your country / region.
