It is imperative to use an ink ribbon with a width at least equivalent to the ribbon you print on

(label, satin ...). If the ribbon is not covered by the ink ribbon, this will cause damage to the
printer's print head, which cannot be covered by the warranty.

Loading ribbon / labels
To close the printer cover, pull the green button on the top right (drawing # 4 above).
