Description
The Radioshield system conforms to the security directive EN12978 and it consists of one
stationary unit and one or more pairs of photoelectric cells (transmitter and receiver) for each
opening to be protected in present in the system. The stationary unit can manage up to 8
pairs of photoelectric cells which are grouped together during the memorization stage into
three different groups: each group of photocells is associated with only one output (OUT1,
OUT2 or OUT3) by means of a dip-switch. The stationary unit and the photoelectric cells
are housed in shock proof plastic containers with a protection grade of IP65. The covers of
the stationary unit are semi-transparent so as to allow the visualisation of the status of the
security devices and the battery charge level by means of leds.
