Note
Make sure that the manual function test cannot accidentally set any
processes in motion.

The screws (3) must be loosened. Then the switch can be removed
carefully from the reference vessel. The float switch is installed in the
reverse order.

6. Maintenance

Magnetic operated float switches operate free of maintenance and
wear when used properly.
The switches must be included in the recurrent pressure test of the
vessel. Under extreme operating conditions the switch should be
eye-checked within the scope of the regularly necessary revisions.
Note
Do not magnetic operated float switches in the immediate vicinity of
strong electromagnetic fields (distance away at least 1 m).
Magnetic operated float switches may not be exposed to heavy
mechanical stress.
The set collars of the built-in float switch may not be adjusted or
removed.
Magnetic operated float switches may only be operated in an upright
position (max. 30° tilt).
The maximum values in the technical data may not be exceeded.
