Possible Cause
The unit is not turned
on or plugged in, the
power source is not
functioning, the water
tank is full, the timer
has elapsed, the power
cord safety switch has
been tripped
The air vents are
blocked, other sources
of heat are affecting
the unit, the filters are
too dirty, the
temperature setting is
too high, the fan speed
is set too low
The floor under the
unit is not even, the
unit is not standing
securely
Solution
Ensure the unit is plugged
into a functional outlet
and turned on. Empty the
tank, disable the timer,
and reset the power cord
safety switch if needed.
Ensure that all vents are
not blocked and that the
dust filter is clean. Set the
temperature below the
ambient temperature, and
raise the fan speed to
high.
Ensure that the unit is set
on stable flooring.
