1.A. Electrical safety instructions.
Read all the safety instructions and warnings below. Ignoring the safety ins-
tructions can lead to serious accidents.
Please read the operating instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with
the components and correct use of this product. The manufacturer is not
liable for any damage caused by failure to follow the instructions. Damage
caused by not following the instructions and guidelines is not covered by the
warranty. Keep these instructions for use, they must be passed on to any user
to whom the pump has been passed on.
• Persons who are not familiar with the
contents of this manual must not use
this appliance. This appliance may
only be used by children over 8 years
of age as well as by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they are supervised or
have been instructed in the safe use of
the appliance and understand the risks
involved. Children must not play with
the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance by the
user must not be carried out by
unsupervised children.
• The pump must not be used when
people are in the water.
• The pump must be supplied by a fault
current protection device (RCD / FI
switch) with a measured fault current
less than 30 mA.
• If the main connection cable of the
appliance is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or
his service department or another

qualified person, to avoid risks.
• Switch off the power supply to the
appliance and allow it to cool down
before cleaning, maintenance and
storage.
• Protect electrical components from
moisture. Never immerse them in
water or other liquids during cleaning
or operation to avoid electric shock.
Never place the appliance under
running water.
• Electrical wiring must be carried
out by a competent specialist and in
accordance with local regulations.
• To avoid the risk of electric shock,
never use extension cords.
