6. GUARANTEE
This trampoline has a 2 years commercial guarantee. This guarantee covers manufacturing
defects and premature wear.
This product has undergone numerous tests in intensive use and extreme conditions, carried out
by the company TÜV Rheinland. This trampoline has obtained certifications CE EN71 (EN71-1,
EN71-2, EN71-3 et EN71-14: copy of the certificates available on simple request).
Guarantee limitations:

Replacement of wearing parts.
●
Corrosion of steels.
●
Sealing of cushions.
●
Cutting on fabrics or threads.
●
Cracks, breaks, bending of steel in case of impact.
●
Problem in case of pull-out.
●
Abnormal or improper use.
●
Damage due to the intervention of a repairer not approved by Jardideco, without
Jardideco's authorization.
●
Damage resulting from external elements (accident, shocks, weather conditions, etc.).
●
Damage due to transport and missing elements not indicated on the delivery note.
The implementation of the Jardideco guarantee is first carried out by the replacement of
damaged parts.
In case the trampoline cannot be repaired, a replacement will be offered by a product with
equivalent characteristics.
This commercial guarantee does not exclude the legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee
against hidden defects, applicable under the conditions provided by law.
Jardideco declines all responsibility in the event of an accident due to misuse or non-compliance
with safety instructions.
