What can I do, if...
...the Stegos TB boundary microphone cannot be turned on?
• The rechargeable battery is empty. Recharge the boundary microphone.
...the microphones can only sporadically be allocated or not all and/or dropouts occur during audio
transmission?
• Another device (e.g. WLAN router) possibly operates in the same frequency range. Change the
frequency band via the Stegos software or press the push-button for RF band selection
tip of a pencil or paper clip. The boundary microphones are automatically set to the selected
frequency band.
If the change of frequency band does not help, turn off the other devices that operate on 2.4 GHz.
• The Stegos TB boundary microphone is not within the range of the Stegos RS receiver. Reduce the
distance between the two devices.
• The channels are not activated in the Stegos software. Activate the channels in the Stegos software.
• The number of microphones is exceeded. Please note that 4 Stegos TB boundary microphones can
simultaneously be operated at maximum.
...the green operating control LED
• The rechargeable battery is almost empty. The operating time is still approx. 1 hour. Recharge the
boundary microphone.
...the Stegos TB boundary microphone goes off?
• The rechargeable battery is empty. Recharge the boundary microphone.
Servicing must be carried out by qualified service personnel only. Dismantling the microphone yourself
will invalidate the guarantee.
