Turning the watch on and off
If you are not using your watch, you can turn it off to preserve the battery life.
When you do so, both the display and radio turn off, and the alarms and timers
will stop. You can wake up the watch by pressing any button. If the battery is
low, you need to put the watch back on the charger, but it wakes up automatically
when it has enough charge to start.
To turn the watch off:
1. From the Settings mode, press Next to scroll to Watch Off, and then
press Enter.
2. Press Next. A Turn off watch? message appears.
3. Press Next (Yes). A Press any key to wake up message appears briefly, and
then the watch screen goes blank.
