Problem
The appliance
does not operate.
The water jet is
poor.
No water comes
out.
Water leaks from
the bottom cover.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service centre authorized
by Panasonic for repair.

Possible cause
The battery has reached

the end of its life (approx.3
years).
The appliance is used with

approximately 5 °C or lower.
The nozzle is clogged. The

outlet of nozzle is squashed.
▶
The filter is clogged.
The main unit is tilted too
much.
▶
It may take some time to suck
up water.
Dirt is accumulated on the
▶
rubber part of the bottom
cover.
Action
Please remove the built-in rechargeable battery.

Do not use the appliance with approximately 5 °C

Replace the nozzle with a new one.
