Key Buttons
Six buttons are available. They are [MODE], [CLEAR], [START /STOP],
[SYNC],[PROG], & [LIGHT] (in clockwise order).
[MODE] :
- Scroll through modes
- Select items in setting modes

[CLEAR] :
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to enter setting mode
- Press once to exit from setting
- Press once to reset timer when stopped
- Press and hold for 3 seconds to enable / disable audible
timer alarm
[START/STOP] : - Start / Stop timers
- Enable or Disable daily alarm
[SYNC]:
- Activate the "Synchronize" feature in Timer mode
- [Sync] + [Clear] to toggle Count-Down Repeat or
Count-Down, then Count-Up
- [Sync] + [Prog] to select timer pre-programmed period
- Press for increment during setting
[PROG] :
- Select the pre-programmed period in Timer mode
- Turn on backlight (certain models only)

How to set the time :-
Use the [MODE] button to get to the real time mode. (The word
TIME will appear)
Please note: With this watch, it is necessary to set the seconds before the hours and
minutes. You will need to know the actual time of day locally.
