start measuring body fat.
MEASUREMENT:
− Step barefoot onto the scales and make sure to stand
without moving, distributing your weight evenly on
both legs and feet on the electrodes
− Switch the scales on by pressing "SET" or pressing the
platform with your foot. The screen will display the
default data or those for the last user.
− Press arrows to select your user code
− Step onto the platform, the display will show "0.0".
Wait until the weight is stable, remaining fixed, it will
flash once.
− The screen will now display "0000" which means that
the scales are measuring the remaining variables.
