3 Cleaning
Before using the unit for the first time, you should clean it carefully to avoid
EN
dust and possible packaging� Then heat the grill without food and clean
again�
Clean all accessories in warm dishwasher water, dry parts thoroughly�
Cleaning agents can cause corrosion, also with stainless steel�
Clean the outside and inside of the barbecue with a soft, slightly moistened
cloth�
For easier cleaning of the appliance, the casing can be removed, the box
can be placed in the grill area to avoid damage, the box must not come into
contact with the heating element, the correct positioning is achieved when
the latches on the underside of the grill are inserted into the corresponding
recesses in the grill area�
Contact with the heating element must be avoided in order to avoid damage;
when grilling meat products, liquid is normally released from the food which
must not enter the inside of the housing�
4 Operation
Switch on the appliance and set the temperature.
Touch panel description:
1� Three digital display on the panel:
- display the temperature in the grill
- display the setting of working time
- display the food temperature�
2� Five touch buttons below the panel:
- set the temperature and time switch
- switch to start heating or stop heating
- turn ON/OFF
- increase or decrese the temperature / time
3� 2 PIN socket in the middle of the right side of the panel:
- is the hole for the food temperature sensor�
Note: During operation, the ceramic heating element has a dark spot in the
middle because no heating wires have been installed here� However, this has
no influence on the grilling result, since the radiation behaviour of the hea-
ting is diffuse and the grilling surface is evenly irradiated in the middle�
